The consultant will work with the organization’s Leadership Team –consisting of the board of directors,
executive director and senior management team, to conduct an Environmental Scan and a
comprehensive Organizational Needs Assessment of the management and governance protocols. Based
on the analysis the consultant will develop the Value Management Plan (VMP), which will be consistent
with the key concepts of COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission):
